PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lenticular lens sheet where moire and a hot band are reduced by securing the sufficient angle of visibility in a perpendicular direction. SOLUTION: The lenticular lens sheet used for a back projection type television is formed of at least an incident-side lens layer and an emitting-side lens layer incorporating light diffusing particulates, and the light diffusing particulates relatively extending the gain of a top area where an observation angle is small and making a top part gentle are incorporated in the incident-side lens layer, and the light diffusing particulates relatively increasing the gain of a skirt area where the observation angle is large are incorporated in the emitting-side lens layer.
