PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine accessory aggregation and alignment structure for an engine having an intake side arranged to direct to the front of a vehicle and a driven system of the engine positioned on the right side of the vehicle along an advancing direction which is effective both for thermal the damage of a serpentine belt and the maintenance efficiency of engine accessaries. SOLUTION: This structure is provided with a driving pulley connected to a crank shaft and arranged in a central portion on the lower side of the engine, a first engine accessory aggregation pulley, an engine accessory aggregation pulley set equipped with a second engine accessory aggregation pulley, and an idol pulley and tensioner pulley set; and is driven by the serpentine belt extended from the driving pulley to the first engine accessory aggregation pulley through the tensioner pulley.
