PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor for processing an interruption to a plurality of memory access program instructions. SOLUTION: This data processor (2) supports a plurality of memory access program instructions LDM and STM working to load data values from a number of program registers (16) to each memory location or store the data values from a number of memory locations to each program register. A memory management unit 8 in the system stores a device or strongly ordered memory attribute value for controlling whether the memory access program instructions including such memory locations can be stopped early or not when an interruption is received during operation. In the state where the memory access instructions can be safely restarted and entirely returned, the early stop is permitted. However, in the state where the memory locations require an ensured memory access number as shown in a control program instruction, the early stop is not permitted, and the operation is completed before the interruption is accepted.
