A method of semiconductor storage for handset and computer system, including the following steps: arranging a semiconductor memory as memory of computer system to accept the instruction of reading and writing and controlling; arranging a handset interface in the semiconductor memory for connecting a handset. The controller module comprised a fixed software which is suitable for data transport protocols. There are power module and key controller in the semiconductor memory. The controller module accepted the inputting of the requirement and control information form the key controller and read the storage data of handset, and then wrote the data into semiconductor storage media module, or read the storage data of the semiconductor storage media module, and then wrote into the handset. The file of handset system format edited by computer system is capable for writing into handset, and also as a backup device of handset users information, and that is convenient to the handset user.
