摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a pumpkin-seed soup which enables chronic ingestion, enhances digestion, improves nutrition and taste and maximizes pharmacological efficacy. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a pumpkin-seed soup comprises the steps of: mixing 20-30wt.% of pumpkin seeds and 5-10wt.% of barked hemp with 60-70wt.% of glutinous rice or polished rice soaked in water for 30 minutes; adding 5-15 times of water to the mixture, and grinding it; and adding 0.1-1.0wt.% of sugar and 0.1-1.0wt.% of salt to the mixture, and heat-treating it at 100 deg.C for 20-60 minutes.
