PURPOSE: Provided is a body piercing accessory with an improved structure and a manufacturing method thereof, to enable an ornament to move freely on a fixing pin that is fixed to the body of a user. CONSTITUTION: The piercing accessory(5) includes a fixing pin(2) with a piercing part(1) at the center of one end; and an ornament(4) with a connecting piece(9) at one side. To form the connecting piece(9), a connecting pin(3) on the opposite side of the piercing part(1) of the fixing pin(2) goes across therein. The connecting pin(3) of the connecting piece(9) that is fixed to the ornament is inserted into the piercing part(1) of the fixing pin(2). Therefore, when the fixing pin(2) and ornament(4) of the piercing accessory(5) are put together, the connecting pin(3) of the ornament(4) is hinged on the fixing pin(2), thereby moving more freely on the fixing pin(2).
