PURPOSE: A CRT is provided to reduce convergence drift generated by change of quantity of electric charges between a neck part and an electron gun. CONSTITUTION: A color CRT comprises a panel having a screen, a funnel mounted on the rear surface of the panel, an electron gun(8) inserted into a neck part(7) of the funnel for emitting electron beams toward the screen, and a shadow mask having a plurality of electron beam through holes arranged at the inside of the panel with a predetermined space. A high resistance conduction film(11) including a conduction material and silicate is formed at the inside region of the neck part in the funnel.
