<p>An aluminium component (3-6) of the machine is polished after extruding, cleaning and optionally finishing, in order to obtain a compact surface which is then coated with nickel via a chemical method. This coating has a thickness greater than 5 microns. The machine includes extruded aluminium components such as cutting discs (5) with knives and/or graters (4), or feed devices (3, 6) which come into contact with the food being prepared.</p> |
