PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content delivery system for suppressing the transmission of a content to a device possible having the potential to break through the copyright protection of the content.

SOLUTION: In the content delivery system 1, the content includes content additional information according to properties, and a data communication control device 40 stores a determination table in which the content additional information is made to correspond to the device ID of a client device which can transmit the content having this content additional information. The data communication control device 40 determines the propriety of the transmission of the content to each client device by use of the determination table, and suppresses the transmission of the content when the transmission is determined to be improper.
