<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral coil component in which each of windings does not overlap due to spring-back, and to provide a manufacturing method, a manufacturing apparatus, and a program. <P>SOLUTION: The spiral coil component is a flat coil component wherein a wire is wound n-times in the form of a swirl while tension applied on a winding in response to a winding progress state of a coil is continuously changed from winding start to winding end so that the smaller a diameter of the winding is, the larger the strength of the tension is when the coil is wound. A gap S exists between adjacent winding parts of the winding, and the wires of the number of each winding are not overlapped due to the spring-back. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
