摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for simply and accurately analyzing protein localization for all kinds of organelle, and to provide an analysis material to be used in the method. <P>SOLUTION: The method which analyzes whether a test protein is localized in the organelle or not, includes a step (1) where a confluent peptide (a) which contains one half peptide of an inteine, one half peptide of a fluorescent protein and an organelle targeted signal peptide, is introduced into a eukaryotic cell, a step (2) where the test protein which is bonded to a confluent peptide (b) containing the other half peptide of the fluorescent protein and the other half peptide of the inteine, is introduced into the eukaryotic cell, and a step (3) where a fluorescent signal emitted from the fluorescent protein is detected.
