<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an end lock reduction mechanism capable of reducing generation of an end lock at sudden winding of webbing by a winding device with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: In this end lock reduction mechanism 10, the webbing 22 pulled out of the webbing winding device 20 is wound around a fixed pulley 12 and a movable pulley 14. The movable pulley 14 can displace between a first position (broken line position) in which a bending angle of the webbing 22 at the winding part becomes large and a second position (solid line position) in which the angle becomes small, and is continuously energized to the second position direction. When the webbing 22 is wound up by the webbing winding device 20, the movable pulley 14 is moved (displaced) from the first position to the second position, therefore resistance force against a webbing winding force is generated, thus preventing the end lock caused by impact at winding termination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
