PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively discharge a powder material by preventing the cavitation of the powder material. SOLUTION: This powder material canister is provided with an agitation spring 4 formed of a resilient linear body bent in spiral shape with one end side 4a fixed to a material container 1 and with the other end side 4b detachably engaged with a screw blade 3b. The agitation spring 4 three-dimensionally exists over a wide range in the material container 1 and transmits vibration caused by the detachment from the screw blade 3b, in a wide range in the material container 1 while being elastically deformed following the rotation of a screw 3 to generate sufficient vibration by large resilience along the discharge direction of the powder material 8 by the detachment from the screw blade 3b. The flow of the powder material 8 is thereby accelerated suitably to prevent the cavitation of the powder material 8 in the material container 1. Further, a cutout part 3c provided at the screw blade 3b operates the return force of the agitation spring 4 for every one rotation of the screw 3 for one discharge of the powder material 8, so that the powder material 8 can be quantitatively discharged.
