PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hiding label sheet which enables a user to check the fact that hidden information is skimmed without spending a cost. SOLUTION: The hiding label sheet 10 is provided with an information entry piece 11 which has an information entry column 11a, a hiding piece 12 which is connected to one side of the piece 11 and hides at least the column 11a, a release tacky adhesive layer 13 which is capable of repeeling and resticking the piece 11 and the piece 12, a strong bonding section 15 which bonds at least one end of the piece 11 and the piece 12 so as not to peel these pieces in an ordinary state in the state of sticking a protecting paper 14 protecting the layer 13 together with both of the pieces, release paper 16 which covers the section 15 before use and peels the section before the use, and microperforations 17, etc., which separate the section 15 before unsealing.
