PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning mechanism capable of adjusting a position of a hinge fitting for direct attachment to a concrete building frame. SOLUTION: The positioning mechanism comprises a support bolt 6 protrudedly provided on the concrete building frame 1, and a bracket 7 provided with a hinge shaft 3. A base part of the support bolt 6 is screwed in an anchor 8 provided on the concrete building frame 1, and by a protruding length of the support bolt 6 from the concrete building frame 1, an opening direction size of an opening 2 of the hinge shaft 3 of the bracket 7 is adjusted and fastened by a fixing nut 13. A horizontally long side part elongate hole 15 receiving a tip of the support bolt 6 is formed in a side part of the bracket 7, a lower part elongate hole 16 corresponding to the side part elongate hole 15 is formed in a lower part of the bracket 7, and the tip of the support bolt 6 is fixed by adjusting inner and outer direction sizes of the opening 2 within a range of the lower part elongate hole 16 by an adjusting screw 17 piercing the lower part elongate hole 16.
