PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking/unlocking device for a cabinet, which protects electric cables from making contact with a housing member even if the housing member is rotated a half turn at the time of manual operation, to thereby protect the electric cables from being cut. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the locking/unlocking device, an electric actuator 12 is rigidly housed in a housing 10 which is rotated together with a rotation shaft 14 of a cylinder lock 8 in one body, and an output shaft 17 of the actuator is driven. Further the electric actuator 12 is connected to the electric cables 18a, 18b through a circumferential slot 10a formed in the housing 10, and therefore even if the housing 10 is rotated, the electric cables 18a, 18b can avoid direct contact with the housing 10.
