摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely obtain required braking force even when fuel supply stop for an engine is prohibited. <P>SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a fuel supply stop means 53, a belt-type transmission 26, a pump 26, a fuel supply stop prohibition means 54, and a pump pressure control means 56. The fuel supply stop means 53 stops the fuel supply to the engine. The belt-type transmission 26 has a first pulley 21 connected to the driving shaft of the engine, a second pulley 22 connected to a driving wheel, and a belt 23 laid between the first pulley 21 and the second pulley 22. The pump 26 is driven by the driving force of the engine, and generates the force of holding the belt 23 with the first pulley 21 and the second pulley 22. The fuel supply stop prohibition means 54 prohibits the operation of the fuel supply stop means 53 when condition of the fuel supply stop prohibition is satisfied even when a predetermined deceleration condition is satisfied. The pump pressure control means 56 increases amount of work of the pump 26 when the fuel supply stop is prohibited with the fuel supply stop prohibition means 54. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p>
