PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system capable of advancing a plurality of play modes in parallel.

SOLUTION: A video game device 100 executes a game program having a plurality of play modes in the game system. A first control part 112 controls a first mode in which a plurality of players play in turns. A second control part 114 controls a second mode in which at least one person among a plurality of players performs the play different from the first mode. The first control part 112 lets the player in the next turn play skipping the player who is to perform the play in the first mode and is playing in the second mode.
