<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for supporting an evaluation on usability to evaluate the usability taking the circumstance of a business into account simply, efficiently and in a mode conformable to the evaluation measure of ISO. <P>SOLUTION: In this usability evaluation support device, the evaluation of usability in carrying out a given task is supported by a device including a display part displaying information. In carrying out the task, a control part 11 obtains information on an operational history related to an operation conducted by a user, an effectiveness index related to the achievability rate of the task, an efficiency index related to the efficiency reaching the achievement degree of the task, and a satisfaction degree index related to the subjective satisfaction degree of a task executer are divided into previously defined sub-tasks.
