TRANSACTION PROCESSING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for appropriately performing the transaction of a debit card.

SOLUTION: This transaction processing system is provided with a debit card processing terminal 3, a prepaid card issuing machine 4, and a prepaid card controller 5 for controlling the provision of the prepaid card. The prepaid card controller 5 is provided with: a regulation information storing part 26 for storing predetermined regulation information for performing transaction by a debit card; and a transaction judgement part for preparing the accumulated sum information of transaction based on the information converted by the debit card processing terminal 3 and information associated with the purchase of a prepaid card and the information converted by the debit card processing terminal 3, and for comparing the information with information stored in the regulation information storing part 26 to control the provision of the prepaid card.
