PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display system for an elevator requiring no display time calculation for individual information as to the information switched one after another to be input. SOLUTION: A user inputs data for displaying an event data, a message desired to be displayed, an image and the like from a display information input device 2, when a plurality of images is switched, in order, to be displayed on displays 9a, 9b in a car 7 or a hall 8, conformed with a display time for one massage. When the data are input, the display time per one sheet of the image about the plurality of switchedly displayed images is automatically calculated by an image message synchronization time calculating part in the display information input device 2.
