PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out easy and safe work without contamination of an outer surface or the like of a storage container caused by dripping of liquid along a wall during handling the liquids such as filling and dischaging for a pressure container storing liquids, particularly liquid chemicals such as strong acids or alkalis which are dangerous to contact with a human body. SOLUTION: The pressure container for storing the liquid and carrying it is provided with an opening for inlet/outlet of the liquid and an opening for inlet/outlet of gas. The opening for inlet/outlet of the liquid is provided with a syphon nozzle leading to a bottom of the pressure container.
