PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving control device and a vehicle, capable of repeating a setting status of devices suitable for an individual driver without requiring complicated operation. SOLUTION: The driver generates individual identification information from an individual identifying part 3, that identifies the driver, and informs a driving information memory part 4 of it. With this status, the driver operates an operation part 2 to set a side-view mirror 1, a rear view mirror, and a driver's seat 6 through a driving part 5 so that the orientation, angle and location can be set at optimum to the driver. The driving information memory part 4 registers such driving information as the set orientation, angle and location by associating them with the individual identification information. When the driver drives the vehicle again, by identifying the driver through the individual identifying part 3, the driving part 5 automatically sets the side-view mirror 1, the rear view mirror, and the driver's seat 6 according to the driving information from the driving information memory 4.
