PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-purpose punch where 1-hole punch, 2-hole punch and 4-hole punch are performed on papers such as documents by a punch on the top face of a main body, stapling is also performed by a stapler in the main body, and a drawer and a stationery in a papeterie are provided. SOLUTION: An upper case is detachably mounted above a lower case 2 where the stapler 5 is mounted on a bottom plate, two punched holes with the hole pitch of 80 mm are provided at a top board 9 of an upper case 3, two punching edges which are fitted into the punched holes and a punch handle 12 provided on a lower face are rotatably mounted at the top face of the top board, and the drawer is mounted in the lower side of the main body, and the papeterie is mounted at the upper side of the main body.
