The invention relates to the products of formula (I) wherein R1 represents a hydrogen atom or an optionally substituted alkyl, COR, COOR, aryl, or aralkyl radical; R2 represents a radical of formula (II) wherein n is equal to 0, 1, 2 or 3, and X can be a saturated or unsaturated, monocyclic or bicyclic heterocycle radical, an aryl radical, a NR4R5 radical, or a COR radical; and R3 is a radical of formula -Y-(CH2)m-C(CN)R6R7 wherein Y is an oxygen atom or a -N(R8)- radical, and m is equal to 0, 1, 2 or 3. The inventive products are used for the prevention or treatment of diseases with which metabolic enzymes selected from proteases and kinases are associated.
