The machine has a pneumatic device for removal of broken rivets, and a drawing device (3) with head (2) connected to it via a driver part (4). The longitudinal axis (2a,3a) of head and drawing device are offset parallel relative to each other. The drawing device has a hydraulic cylinder (8), and the driver part has a through channel for esp. compressed air. The head has a pneumatic air ejection nozzle (10). The rivet removal device has a manual actuator (5). The appliance has a single pneumatic system to operate the drawing device, and to generate a vacuum for removal of a broken rivet.
