PURPOSE: A hating panel is provided to simplify construction and assemblage, to maximize heating efficiency, to minimize power consumption and to remove harmful electronic waves. CONSTITUTION: The heating panel comprises the steps of attaching sheet heating bodies(2,2') formed by weaving carbon yarn on the upper and lower sides of a loess panel(1), and attaching hemp cloth(3,3') on the outer sides of the upper and lower sheet heating bodies(2,2').
