MAMMOGRAPHY APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mammography apparatus which can carry out various image processing for supporting the diagnosis made by physicians.

SOLUTION: The density and luminance of the images are adjusted freely to array and compare images in parallel and the enlargement and the intensifying of the images are automatically carried out to facilitate the detection and detection of the abnormal shades thereof. All from the capture of the images to the outputting thereof are accomplished integrally within the system. Thus, the basic system itself can be regarded as one modality.
