<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a power consumption by shortening an operating period of intermittent reception when a hand-over in an incoming waiting state is conducted. <P>SOLUTION: When a system information block is received by a system information block receiver 111b, a reporting information writer 111c caches reporting information having its system information block and a master information block received by a master information block receiver 111a in a storage unit 9 corresponding to a scrambling code of a cell regarding the reporting information. A reporting information reader 111d caches reporting information regarding the cell of a new queued destination when a reselection is performed. When a VALUE<SB>-</SB>TAG included in the reporting information coincides with a VALUE<SB>-</SB>TAG included in the master information block received newly by the receiver 111a, the cached reporting information is imparted to a reselection controller 112a so as to read the reporting information from the unit 9 and used for the reselection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
