摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for increasing the forward current of LEDs, reducing an increase in temperature by lighting brightly, and extending the life of the LEDs by providing a heat-conductive board having a high coefficient of thermal conductivity between the LEDs and a printed circuit board for dispersing heat generated by the LEDs to the outside and inhibiting an increase in the temperature of the LEDs for positively allowing heat generated from the LEDs to escape. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method, the thermal-conductive board having a high coefficient of thermal conductivity is provided between the LEDs and the printed circuit board and heat generated from the LEDs is dispersed to the outside to positively allow heat generated from the LEDs to escape, thus inhibiting an increase in the temperature of the LEDs, thus increasing the forward current in the LEDs, reducing an increase in temperature by lighting brightly, and extending the life of the LEDs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
