HEATING ELEMENT FOR THERMOTHERAPY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating element for thermotherapy which has good heat generating effect and is magnetically and chemically stable, and a manufacturing method therefor.

SOLUTION: This is the heating element 30 for the thermotherapy using a ferromagnetic body layer 20 covered on the outside of a core micro-particle 10 as a main material. The ferromagnetic layer 20 comprises an oxide and its magnetic domain structure is mainly formed of at least one of a single magnetic domain and a pseudo-single magnetic domain. It is also preferable to cover the heating element 30 for the thermotherapy with a metallic oxide thin film 40. The heating element 30 for the thermotherapy can be manufactured by depositing iron hydroxide on the core micro-particles 10 by the liquid phase method and heating it.
