摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electric power consumption costs on the demand side by determining electric power supply service with the minimum rate for an electric power demand side by simulating and according to contents of a variety of the electric power supply service provided from an electric power supplier side and an electric power consumption state on the demand side. <P>SOLUTION: A system for determining electric power supplier 10 comprises a data input part 13 for acquiring electric power supply information on the electric power supply service provided from a plurality of electric power supplier sides 21 (#1-#n) and its rates; a terminal communication part for customers 14 for acquiring electric power consumption information on electric power consumption amounts at each unit time period on customer sides from customer terminals 24 (#1-#n); and an electric power supply service simulation part 16 for simulating the electric power supply service with the minimum rate among the electric power supply service capable of supplying the consumption amount corresponding to the consumption information acquired from the terminal communication part 14 according to each electric power supply information acquired by the data input part 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
