<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing sales related business supporting system capable of predicting a life cycle cost complying with detailed individual circumstances of a possible house purchaser and displaying it. <P>SOLUTION: This housing sales related business prediction system 10 is provided with a housing related data storage means 14, a contract type data storage means 15, and a lighting and heating expenses prediction computing means 13. The lighting and heating expenses prediction computing means 13 reads housing related data matching a regional condition, a family constitution condition, a life style condition, a house specification condition, and equipment specification condition from the housing related data storage means 14, extracts contract type data applicable to the read housing related data from the contract type data storage means 15, and computes a predicted lighting and heating expenses matching the input contents from the read housing related data and the extracted contract type data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
