PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge device of a portable radio terminal, which is able to be turned about 2 axes. SOLUTION: The hinge device of the portable radio terminal is provided with a first housing, a second housing rotatably connected to the first housing so as to separate from or move toward the first housing, a first hinge axis parallel to the upper surface of the first housing, and a second hinge axis serving as a rotary axis of the first hinge axis by extending perpendicular to the upper surface of the first housing. Further, the hinge device of the portable radio terminal comprises a first hinge module having a first hinge base to be connected to the first housing and a second hinge base which rotates about the second hinge axis by rotatably connected to the first hinge base facing with each other, and a second hinge module fixed to the second housing and connecting the second housing and the second hinge base such that the second housing can rotate about the first hinge axis.
