PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil cleaning method capable of uniformly and easily pouring a soil cleaning agent comprising an iron fine particle slurry to the contaminated soil contaminated with a contaminant such as an organic halogen compound and hexavalent chromium. SOLUTION: The soil cleaning method comprises pouring a water base slurry containing the iron fine particle to the contaminated soil. The soil cleaning method is characterized in that a raw liquid of the water base slurry containing the iron fine particle is mixed/diluted with water and just after the mixing, the mixture liquid is poured to the contaminated soil; and that a pouring pipe having a mixing part at an upper part is inserted to the contaminated soil, the raw liquid of the water base slurry containing the iron fine particle and water are fed to the mixing part, these are mixed/diluted in the mixing part and just after the mixing, the mixture liquid is poured to the contaminated soil.
