PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound-proof wall excellent in antifouling performance, further concretely, the surface of the sound-proof wall having photocatalytic activity for a long period of time and/or highly-developed hydrophilicity, hard to be stained and easy to be cleaned without needing a complicated process. SOLUTION: The sound-proof wall equipped with a surface layer including a photocatalyst (A) and a binder component (B) is so constituted that the density of the photocatalyst (A) in the surface layer gets higher as it goes to the surface from the inside of the sound-proof wall.
