PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the lens characteristic of an objective lens deteriorates due to nonuniformity of a temperature distribution in the objective lens. SOLUTION: This actuator is provided with the objective lens facing a disk, a fixing part and a bobbin suspended to the fixing part with four or more longitudinal elastic members and for supporting the objective lens. A plurality of coil pairs which are point symmetrical by 180°with respect to the diagram center of objective lens arrangement surfaces of the bobbin exist, and the plurality of coil pairs are not arranged on the same surface.
