摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient fluid magnetically activating device, allowing substantial elongation of a flow path by giving rotating motion to a fluid passing through a short flow path when magnetically activating the fluid, magnetically activating the fluid in a more efficient manner, preventing the leakage to the outside by a permanent magnet or an electromagnet, and offering compact construction permitting efficient input of a line of magnetic force to the fluid with no leakage of the fluid. SOLUTION: The inner wall of the flow path formed into a predetermined cross section is formed into a spiral structure allowing the passage of the fluid through the flow path with its rotating motion. The flow path is formed of a seal body for preventing the leakage of the fluid to the outside. The seal body is formed of a paramagnetic material including a diamagnetic substance and arranged in such a manner that the outside of the seal body is encircled with the permanent magnet or the electromagnet for imparting the line of magnetic force to the fluid passing therethrough with its rotating motion.
