PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water storage type hot water supply apparatus capable of executing normal reheating operation, and allowing the saving of an installation space inside a hot water supply apparatus body. SOLUTION: In this hot water storage type hot water supply apparatus, the inside of the hot water supply apparatus body 1 has: a hot water storage tank 2 supplied with water from a lower part, discharging hot water from an upper part; a stored hot water circulation circuit 6 taking stored hot water stored in the hot water storage tank 2 out of the upper part and returns the hot water into the hot water storage tank 2; a circulation pump 8 circulating the stored hot water through the stored hot water circulation circuit 6; a heat exchanger 7 exchanging heat between bathtub water (external liquid) and the stored hot water taken out of the hot water storage tank 2; and a circulation pump 12 circulating the bathtub water (the external liquid) through the heat exchanger 7.
