PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable detached healthy house in which minus ions is circulated together with fresh air circulating in the whole house. SOLUTION: The house provided with a living room part, an attic space part and an underfloor space part is provided with a system ventilation device comprising a heat exchanger, a suction means and an exhaust means. An ionization meter of a minus ion generator is arranged on a blow outlet of the outside air in the exhaust means. Generated ions can be efficiently distributed and ion balance of the whole house can be arranged by assembling the minus ion generator in the system ventilation device. The ionization meter of the minus ion generator may be arranged in selected blow outlets or all blow outlets. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
