PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rise and fall toilet stool with a handrail having a simpler structure by the movement of the handrail. SOLUTION: The handrail 5 is connected to an arm 4a, a part of a frame operating part 4, and lifted up, when an arm 5a which is a part of the handrail 5, rises. As a result, a wall-hanging toilet stool 1 mounted on the frame operating part 4 also rises. The arm 5a is locked by a fixed structure which is not shown in the figure.
