PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the joint section structure of a unit building in which an appearance and a design are improved. SOLUTION: In the joint section structure of the building in which a joint section 6 between panels is formed between the lower end section of the exterior-wall panel 5 on an upper floor and the upper end section of the exterior-wall panel 4 on a lower floor connected vertically, the joint width 61 of the joint section 6 between the panels has approximately the same size as those 71 of joints 7 in the panels formed in the panels 4 and 5, and a waterproofing material 8 closing an opening and bringing the opening to the watertight state is installed to the joint section 6 between the panels.
