PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in mechanical properties, moldability and electrical conductivity, and to provide a molded product made from the composition. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by compounding (I) a rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin with (II) carbon fibers coated with (C) a copolymer composed of, as constituents, (f) a salt of a dicarboxylic acid and a diamine bearing at least oxyalkylene group and (g) a salt of a dicarboxylic acid and an amino acid or lactam or diamine.
