PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible syndiotactic polypropylene-based composition excellent in transparency, flexibility, impact resistance and moldability. SOLUTION: The flexible syndiotactic polypropylene-based composition comprises (1) 5-60 pts. wt. of a syndiotactic propylene-based polymer A, (2) 5-40 pts. wt. of a propylene-ethylene copolymer B with syndiotactic structure, (3) 15-50 pts. wt. of an isotactic propylene-based polymer C, (4) 10-40 pts. wt. of a terpene resin or petroleum resin D and (5) 10-50 pts. wt. of an ethylene-based polymer E, wherein the weight ratio A/B is (20:80) to (80:20).
