PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle speed control device for vehicles which can notify, after starting vehicle speed control, an driver of control restoration availability information in a state where the control is interrupted due to an operation of the driver or the like, or mere control start availability information as direct information. SOLUTION: The vehicle speed control device for vehicles comprises: the vehicle speed control standby interruption determination step S101 of determining whether it is on vehicle speed control standby; the preset vehicle speed storage determination step S102 of determining whether a preset vehicle speed is stored; the restoration control possible state indication step S103 of indicating that the restoration to the stored preset vehicle speed is possible when it is on vehicle speed control standby and the preset vehicle speed is stored; and the control start availability state indicating step S105 of indicating that vehicle speed control can be started when it is on vehicle speed control standy and the vehicle speed is within a vehicle speed control available region.
