PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening container for holding a soil member for plant raising in the best environment on a rooftop of a building or a roof of a house. SOLUTION: The greening container 1 is such one as to be installed on a rooftop of a building or a roof of a house. The greening container 1 has an outer frame container 2 with an opened upper side and a bottom, a passage section 3 adjacent to the outer frame container 2 and a leg section 4 maintaining the outer frame container 2 and the passage section 3 at a given height on a rooftop of a building or a roof of a house.
