PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bivalve-nipping tool which can culture the bivalve by an ear portion-hanging method without forming a hole in the ear portion and is used for a bivalve-hanging culture. SOLUTION: This bivalve-nipping tool is characterized by comprising two hook portions 31, 31 which are inserted into the spaces of both the longitudinal end portions of the hinge portion of the bivalve to nip the hinge portion, and a main body 33 having a fixing portion which can be fixed to a fixing means such as a rope. The main body 33 is a flexible or elastic linear or bar-like structure, whereby the two hooks 31, 31 can nip the hinge portion from both the sides to fix the hinge portion. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
