Conditioning plant comprises a feed section (12, 14) for introducing radioactive waste for conditioning, a conditioning section (16) for conditioning the waste, a removal and packing section (18, 20) for removing the conditioned waste, and a transporting section (22) for transporting the packaged conditioned waste. An air flow system acts on an air flow in the direction towards a waste air system (26) of the conditioning plant during its operation. An Independent claim is also included for an alternative conditioning plant.
