PURPOSE: Provided is a petaloid coffee product which involves rich flavor and tastes, and affords visually elegant and gracious feelings. CONSTITUTION: A petaloid coffee product is manufactured through the steps of: roasting coffee beans at 180-200 deg.C for 15 minutes, and pulverizing and sieving them; adding boiled water to the coffee powder in a ratio of 4:1, and boiling down it for 30 minutes; pouring it onto a flat container, and cooling and hardening it; pressing it such that it bears the target petaloid shape, freezing it at the sub-zero temperature of forty below for 10 minutes, and drying it for 8 hours under the vacuum atmosphere. The manufactured coffee product has a moisture content of about 5%.
