PURPOSE: A structure of a seat belt buckle for a vehicle is provided to prevent a console from being interfered with the buckle by interlocking the buckle and a recliner for operating a lever and rotating a seat by a cable, and rotating the buckle inward the seat, to smoothly slide the seat in a work-in process for securing a getting on/off space by rotating and moving the seat forward, and to prevent the console from being scratched. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a seat belt buckle(30) for a vehicle is composed of a cable(6) connected between a recliner and the buckle to pull back the buckle at the same time as releasing a lock state of the recliner and folding a seat back to operations of a lever; a lower plate(4) to which one end of the cable is fixed, including the buckle and supporting an upper plate(2) rotating to the operations of the lever by a hinge(14); and a return spring(8) combined to the hinge to rotate the upper plate rotated in releasing operations of the lever to an original position.
